As there are Severall things wanting to fitt the Ship2 for Sea, I have Set down at the foot, a few of the most Material Articles that you may have time to provide them
Should also take it as a favour, That you would be pleased to Order a Survey on the Ships Standing rigging, as we are of opinion that it is not Sufficient for a winters cruize
It will be Likewise Necessary for you to determine how I am to proceede in fitting the Ship — That is whither the work will depend wholley on our own People without any farther incouraget then their monthly wages. I am Gentlemen [&c.]
