Yesterday certain advice is received that the Count de Estaign with Twelve sail of the line & four frigates are on this Coast, four hundred seamen were pressed last night. Lord Howe having proposed to the [crewmen?] of the transports to go Volunteers against the french fleet that their pay should go on, they to have also the Kings pay & share of prize money in a few hours all the ships Of war were compleatly manned.
