Sir,
The West India Merchants have applied to my Lords Commissioners of the Admiralty for a Convoy to the outward bound Trade, which will probably be ready to sail from Spithead about the middle of next Month; I am commanded by their Lordships to acquaint you that a Convoy will be appointed to see the Trade in safety to the Leeward Islands at that time accordingly.
