Yesterday ⅌ post I Recd the above, and am now fitting the Schuyler & shall send her on immediately. Capt Smith1 of ye Spy is at Norwich suppose he will be here to day. The Schooner2 is nearly ready but not maned; If your Excellency thinks proper to send him orders in consequence of the above I will endeavour to get him away soon as possible. I am [&c.]
