at 5 AM saw 2 sail to the Eastwd: made sail & gave Chace, the Prize in Compy:, saw a sail bearg: SWBS. at Noon Prize in Compy: the Chace bearing EBS— Cape Henry N72°W 32 Ls: Light Breezes & Clear Weathr. in Chace of two Schooners. at 2 PM got the Barge out & sent her in Chace. at 5 the Barge Returnd. wth the Chace. a Schooner1 from Virginia. for St. Eustatia. Laden wth Tobacco put on bd: her a Petty Officer & 4 Men. at 8 Made sail.
