Sir, His Majesty's Sloop under my Command being in Want of fresh Provisions am to desire that she may be supplied by the Inhabitants of Annapolis for which I shall most readily pay the Market Price and as I am well informed that a new England Vessel loaded with Corn and Flour is up the River, must hope the Inhabitants will not molest the Tenders in endeavouring to get her out.
