Having received a Letter from the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland inclosing one from the Lord Mayor of Dublin, and another to Him from Chester relative to Rebel Privateers, and requesting that the Convoy which goes from Dublin to Chester may be directed to take under their Protection upon their return to Dublin the Vessels from Chester, I inclose to your Lordships copies thereof, that you may give such Orders to the Commanders of His Majesty's Ships Stationed for that purpose, as you shall judge proper and expedient for the Security and advantage of that important trade.
