The Cables are by this Time arrived at Tyonderoga ー They were made at poghkeepsie and with Dispatch and forwarded without a Moment's Delay.
No Carpenters are to be procured here, the far greater part of the great Numbers I sent up in the Course of the Campaign have sickened and returned Home ー On the Subject of encreasing our Navy on Lake Champlain I have already wrote to Congress.
